Who is Cansu Şekerci?
Cansu is a graduate of the London Istituto Marangoni. Early on in her professional journey, she turned her lifelong passion for fashion into a career. During her studies, she gained valuable experience working with Burberry, Pringle of Scotland, and Hussein Chalayan. After graduating, she returned to İstanbul and took on the role of buyer at Harvey Nichols. Cansu also served as buyer for esteemed fashion brands including Alaia, Balmain, Herve Ledger, Moncler, and Versace, before continuing her career at Beymen. In 2018, she established her own initiative, House Bagdat by Cansu Şekerci, where she currently offers personal style consultancy and brand representation to fashion brands. Cansu believes that “There is no issue that patience and faith cannot solve.”
